Co-founder — business & operations
Brings more than 30 years’ experience working alongside family-owned businesses and global technology organisations. She leads onboarding, education and day-to-day client care, helping clients get more from the systems they already use.
Co-founder — engineering
Brings about two decades of full-stack engineering and solutions architecture across finance, payments, eCommerce and systems integration. Founder of IDP Solutions and co-founder of SimpleStore, he now builds practical, private AI for businesses.
Why we built this
Trade businesses don't lack software. They have job management, accounting, calendars and inboxes. What they lack is connection between them: the enquiry that never made it into the system, the quote nobody chased, the property history living in one person's head.
We started The Connection Studio to close those gaps with a private assistant that businesses actually own. Your knowledge stays yours, your AI provider is your choice, and your team gets taught properly. That's the whole idea.
We're Australian, we work with one trade at a time, and we'd rather do a proper job for a small number of businesses than a shallow one for many.
